Promoters: how to list your card show

Listing a card show here is free. We publish only what a promoter or venue has posted publicly, so the fastest way onto the calendar is a public page with your dates on it.

What we need

• Show name and promoter name
• Date(s) and hours
• Venue name and full street address
• Type: sports cards, Pokemon and TCG, or both
• Admission price and number of tables, if you want them shown
• A public page that lists the date: your website, the venue's event calendar, or a ticket page you control

Email them to contact@cardshowschedule.com or use the submit a show page.

How we verify

We check every date against the public page you give us, and re-check the whole calendar every week. If a date disappears from your page, we pull it from ours until we can confirm it, so keep your schedule page current. A clean "show dates" page with the date, city and venue written out as text (not only in an image) gets picked up fastest.

Recurring shows

Monthly and annual shows get their own page with every upcoming date. If you run a series, send the schedule once and tell us where you post new dates.

Featured listings

We are setting up featured placements for promoters who want their show pinned higher on its city and state calendars. If that interests you, email us with "Featured" in the subject and we will reply with details when it opens.
